Do I need my own Stripe account to take payments?+
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account, so payments land in your bank and you stay the merchant of record. You keep 100% of the payment — standard Stripe processing fees apply, and Orbit Command takes no platform fee on top.
Can I text my customers from Orbit Command?+
Yes. With text messaging enabled, Orbit Command sends reminders, on-the-way notices, and payment links by SMS on your behalf through Twilio. You're responsible for getting the consent required to message your customers.
Does it work with QuickBooks?+
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online from Settings → Integrations and when an invoice is paid in Orbit Command, the customer, invoice, and payment sync to QuickBooks automatically — no exporting, no double entry.
Will my appointments show up on my Google Calendar?+
Yes. Connect your Google Calendar and every appointment you schedule, reschedule, or cancel in Orbit Command updates on your calendar automatically — so the calendar on your phone always matches your real schedule.
