Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. You can start a 14-day free trial without entering a credit card.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Start with the plan that fits today and move up as your business adds users, crews, commercial accounts, or advanced reporting. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
What counts as a paid seat?+
A paid seat is an office or admin user who manages customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, reporting, or settings. Pricing is per seat, so you only pay for the team you have.
Can I use Orbit Command for both residential and commercial work?+
Yes. Residential work is fully supported today. Commercial accounts — companies, locations, recurring work, approvals, and account-level history — are available in beta and run in the same platform.
Are payment processing fees included?+
Software pricing and payment processing fees are separate. If you collect payments through Stripe, standard processor fees apply on top of your plan.
Is text messaging (SMS) included?+
SMS messaging is part of the Growth plan. It is not sold as an add-on on lower tiers — upgrade to Growth when you want to text reminders, confirmations, and updates.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no long-term contract on self-serve plans — cancel anytime unless you sign a custom Platform agreement.
What does “Beta” mean on the comparison?+
Beta features are available to select early users and may keep changing based on feedback. They work today, but we are still refining them.
Do you help with setup?+
Yes. Founding customers and higher-tier plans can get onboarding help with business settings, services, workflows, and initial configuration.
Can I lock in founding-customer pricing?+
Founding customers who join during early access may be eligible to lock in preferred pricing while plans are being finalized.
