Cleaning business quote template

Cleaning quotes are won or lost on clarity. The customer wants to know exactly what's included, what it costs, and what happens next. Use this template to send professional cleaning estimates for one-time, recurring, and move-out work.

What to put on a cleaning quote

  • Your business name, logo, and contact details
  • Customer name and the service address
  • Scope: rooms, square footage, or a checklist of what's included
  • Add-ons priced separately (inside oven, fridge, windows, baseboards)
  • One-time vs recurring price (and the recurring frequency)
  • Any minimum charge or trip fee
  • Taxes, total, and a required deposit if you take one
  • How long the quote is valid and how to approve it

Price by the job, not the hour

Hourly pricing punishes you for being fast and scares customers who don't know the final number. Flat per-job pricing — built from room counts, square footage, or a standard checklist — is clearer for the customer and more profitable for you. Keep pricing presets so every quote is consistent.

Make the recurring option obvious

Show the one-time price next to the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly price. When the recurring rate is visibly cheaper per visit, more customers choose the plan — and recurring cleaning is the most valuable revenue you can book.

Make it a one-tap yes

The faster a customer can approve, the more jobs you win. A quote they can approve from their phone — no login, no printing — converts far better than a PDF attachment. Orbit Command turns an approved cleaning quote straight into a scheduled job without re-entering anything.
